I’m Genevieve “Gigi” F. Bonquin, a Philippine real estate broker, appraiser, and consultant. My work brings together professional service, practical education, and an advocacy for legitimate real estate practice.

Through GreenHuts Realty Services, I assist buyers, sellers, and property owners with their real estate needs. My practice includes residential properties, condominiums, commercial properties, and land, particularly in southern Metro Manila, Cavite, Tagaytay, Laguna, Batangas, and selected other locations.

I created PRED to help the public find legitimate real estate professionals and to give practitioners a place to build their professional presence. Through my books and mentoring, I help brokers connect what they learn with what they do each day.

What I wish every new broker understood

Passing the board examination is an achievement. Building a working practice is another learning journey. Start with a clear market, establish a routine for organizing listings and inquiries, and keep track of the commitments you make to clients. Consistent attention gives a practice structure.
